Why HDPE Instead of PET for 750ml?
HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) is the better choice for large 750ml format bottles because of its higher drop-impact resistance and squeeze flexibility - ideal for family-size shampoo and body-wash that are handled frequently in wet bathrooms. Unlike PET, HDPE resists stress-cracking from oils and surfactants commonly found in shower gel, and it accepts silk-screen, hot-stamp and pad-print adhesion well after flame/plasma treatment. We also offer a PCR-HDPE option (post-consumer recycled content 30–100%) for brands with sustainability targets. All bottles are marked with the resin code ♴ 2-HDPE at the base.

Wall Thickness, Top Load and Paneling
A full 750ml bottle weighs about 780 g. That weight sits on the base, and every pump stroke pulls a partial vacuum inside. Two things follow: the wall has to resist paneling under vacuum, and the base has to carry the stack.
At 1.0 mm nominal wall the body holds a nominal 30 kg top load with the closure fitted, which covers three cartons high in a container. Where the fill is heavy or the cartons ship four-high, we run 1.2 mm without changing the mould footprint - the extra gram goes into the body, not the shoulder.
Paneling shows up first as a soft spot below the label, on the side that faces the carton wall. We check it by filling to nominal, running 200 pump strokes, and holding the bottle against a light. Any inward flex that stays after the stroke pulls the batch.

Quality Assurance
Every 750ml HDPE bottle passes a 100% air-pressure leak test and a 1.2m drop test (filled). Material is food-grade HDPE, BPA-free, and marked with resin code 2 at the base. A REACH SVHC statement and a food-contact declaration to FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 are issued with each batch.

Minimalist Detailing
The body leaves a clear panel of roughly 90 × 120 mm between shoulder and base - enough for a four-colour screen print or a wrap label without crossing the radius. Screen print on HDPE is UV-cured, not baked, because the resin softens well before an oven cure would finish. The pump ships colour-matched unless you ask for a contrast.
Suitable for Multiple Scenarios
750ml is the size someone buys after they already know they like the product. It fits shampoo and conditioner in salon retail, shower gel in family packs, and body lotion where one bottle is meant to last a season. If your range runs 500 and 750, both can share the 28/410 neck and the same pump, which halves your component count.

FAQ
Q1: What is the minimum order quantity for 750ml HDPE bottles?
A: Our standard MOQ is 10000 pcs per SKU. Mixed colors and closures are supported to help you test the market with lower risk.
Q2: Can you print our logo and custom color on the bottle?
A: Yes. We provide custom color masterbatch matching (Pantone), silk-screen, hot-stamp and label printing. A white print window is reserved on the bottle for crisp brand info.
Q3: Is the 750ml HDPE bottle food-grade and safe for body wash?
A: Yes. The body is food-grade HDPE, BPA-free, and marked with resin code 2 at the base. A REACH SVHC statement and a food-contact declaration to FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 ship with each batch. The FDA does not approve cosmetic packaging - the declaration covers the resin.
Q4: What closures fit the 750ml bottle?
A: It uses a 28/410 neck finish and is compatible with lotion pump, flip-top, disc-top and trigger sprayer - tell us your filling line and we will match.
Q: Is the wall reinforced to stop the bottle collapsing when filled?
A:At 1.0 mm nominal wall the body holds a nominal 30 kg top load with the closure fitted. For heavy fills or four-high stacking we run 1.2 mm, which adds weight to the body without changing the mould footprint. Every batch is checked by filling to nominal, running 200 pump strokes and inspecting for paneling under light.
Q: What pump output and pump life should I expect at 750ml?
A: A 28/410 lotion pump delivers 2.0–4.0 ml per stroke depending on the model; a trigger sprayer delivers 0.7–1.0 ml. Pump life is rated at 10,000 strokes, which at four pumps a day is roughly seven years of use. Tell us the dose you want per press and we match the pump before quoting.
