A: 20,000 pcs per design. The one-piece folding structure keeps unit cost low at this volume; smaller trial quantities are quoted per case.
Q: Is the sample free?
A: A digital printing sample is free and you pay only the freight. A white sample or a sample of a custom structure is charged, based on the artwork and packaging details.
Q: How fast can I get samples and bulk?
A: Samples in 3-5 work days. Bulk lead time is 10-15 days; for urgent launches we can compress the schedule - the press time exists, we will tell you honestly what is possible.
Q: Can the box be fully custom designed?
A: Yes. Every box is made to your artwork and structure, in any shape. Send the design and the product dimensions and we return a dieline for approval before sampling.
Q: What artwork format do you need?
A: AI or PDF, with fonts outlined. If you do not have a dieline, we make one from your product dimensions.
Q: Will the gold foil rub off?
A: Hot stamping bonds foil into the surface under heat and pressure - it is the standard finish for cosmetic cartons and passes normal rub and shipping handling. Lamination adds a further protective layer where the design needs it.
Q: Is the paperboard recyclable?
A: Yes, the paperboard is recyclable in normal paper streams. If your retail chain requires documentation, tell us the requirement and we match the material accordingly.
Q: What are the payment and trade terms?
A: T/T payment; EXW or FOB Shanghai. Shipping by truck, air or sea - we quote the option that fits your launch date, not only the cheapest one.
Q: What if there is a quality problem?
A: Every box is 100% checked before delivery. Confirmed non-artificial defects are covered by our 12-month warranty - replacement or refund by agreement, with the lot number and photos.

A: Yes. Send the tube dimensions or a sample box, and we size and print the carton to fit. If the contents come from our own packaging lines - jars, bottles, compacts - the whole set ships from one supplier with one quality standard.
