The bottle neck and cap fit tightly, passing a vacuum decay test to ensure no leakage, preventing evaporation or contamination of the contents.
Dimensional tolerances for the bottle neck outer diameter, bottle height, and bottle body diameter are strictly controlled (±0.1mm) to ensure compatibility with filling equipment and caps.
It is free from obvious defects such as bubbles, stones, scratches, and uneven coloring; impurities on the main viewing surface are ≤0.5mm, and on non-main viewing surfaces, ≤0.8mm.
Printed patterns are clear and accurately registered; adhesion passes tape testing; it is resistant to abrasion, chemicals, and light, and meets regulatory labeling requirements.
When used with a pump head or dropper, the connection to the glass jar is secure, ensuring a stable liquid flow without dripping.
Consider compatibility with filling processes, such as ensuring the glass jars can withstand certain temperature changes during hot filling.
Select recyclable glass materials and label them with the recycling symbol (GB/T 18455) to reduce the environmental impact of packaging waste.
