The material meets the hygiene requirements for cosmetic-grade packaging materials, with a total bacterial count ≤10 CFU, and no detectable Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, or Staphylococcus aureus.
It complies with US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) standard 21 CFR 117.1520.
The tube surface is smooth and flat, free from dents, scratches, burns, deformation, or foreign matter adhesion.
The seal is tight, without cracks or leakage, and the seal height and deviation meet the standard (3.5-4.5 mm, deviation ≤0.5 mm).
It has good barrier properties, effectively isolating oxygen, moisture, and light, protecting the activity of the contents (retinol-based ingredients).
It meets the standards for pressure resistance, cold resistance, and heat resistance, and shows no cracking, deformation, or leakage after drop and high/low temperature tests.
The printed pattern is clear and complete, with a registration deviation ≤±0.1 mm, and the color is consistent with the standard sample, without ghosting, burrs, or peeling.
No gold foil flaking exceeding 0.2mm in diameter has occurred, and the positional deviation does not exceed 0.5mm.
The fit between the flexible tube and the cap is moderate, the opening force is moderate, the gap is uniform (≤0.2mm), the seal is good, and there is no leakage.
