● Mold Design and Manufacturing: Design and manufacture injection molds based on the shape, size, and structure of the cosmetic palette case. The precision and quality of the mold directly affect the molding effect of the product.

● Raw Material Preparation: Select suitable plastic raw materials, such as ABS, PP, and acrylic, ensuring that the performance of the raw materials meets the product requirements.

● Injection Molding Process: After heating and melting the plastic raw material, inject it into the mold cavity through an injection molding machine. Through steps such as filling, holding pressure, cooling, and demolding, the outer shell and internal structural components of the cosmetic palette case are formed. During the injection molding process, parameters such as temperature, pressure, and time must be strictly controlled to ensure the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of the product.

● Spray Coating: Spray coating is applied to the injection-molded parts to achieve different effects such as matte, glossy, pearlescent, and metallic paint, enhancing the product's appearance and texture.

● UV Coating: A coating is applied using ultraviolet light to give the product surface high gloss, high hardness, and wear resistance, while also achieving special effects such as laser and pearlescent gradients.

● Electroplating: Using environmentally friendly processes such as vacuum plating, a metallic layer, such as gold, silver, or rose gold, is plated onto the product surface, giving it a metallic luster and a premium feel.

● Hot Stamping: Gold or silver patterns, text, or logos are hot-stamped onto specific areas of the product surface, enhancing its sophistication.

● Silk Screen Printing/Pad Printing/Curved Surface Printing: Used to print patterns, text, and color blocks on products, enabling personalized designs.

● Ultrasonic Welding: Injection-molded components (such as powder dispensers and inner liner) are joined together using ultrasonic welding, ensuring a strong connection and good sealing.

● Adhesive Bonding: Mirrors, decorative parts, and other components are fixed to the cosmetic palette case using adhesive.

● Mechanical Clips/Screws: For detachable components (such as powder puff holders and lids), mechanical clips or screws are used for assembly, facilitating user operation and maintenance.

● Hinge Assembly: Metal or plastic hinges are installed to enable the lid and body to open and close.

● Magnet Embedding: For magnetic makeup palettes, embed magnets into corresponding positions on the lid and body to ensure a strong magnetic attraction.

● Dimensional and Fit Accuracy Inspection: Check if the dimensions of the makeup palette meet design requirements, whether the lid and body fit tightly, and whether the opening and closing are smooth.

● Appearance Quality Inspection: Inspect the product surface for defects such as scratches, dents, pitting, bubbles, peeling, runs, and orange peel texture, and check the quality of surface treatments such as printing, hot stamping, and electroplating.

● Functional Testing: Test the makeup palette's sealing performance, mirror clarity, magnetic force, and opening/closing lifespan to ensure the product meets usage requirements.
